What happens when a stray cat shows up at your back door and you decide to feed it some milk? Don’t you find that it just seems to keep coming back for more? Ultimately it can be very hard to get rid of.

Did you ever notice that the same applies to your thoughts, especially the negative ones. There are so many opportunities to feed our negative thoughts through the news, social media, advertisements, that nosy neighbor, etc. And once we get those thoughts going they are so hard to stop. Right? Most of the time we’re not even aware of what we’re doing and how it is making us feel. Even worse, how it is making those people around us feel?

Well, we developed the “Don’t Feed the C.A.T.” series to help people see the bright side of everyday events that frequently send us to the “dark side” of our thoughts and feelings. We want to help you see the silver lining that exists in these common events.

We look forward to helping you strangle the “Counterproductive Attitudes and Thoughts” that keep showing up in your life, just like a stray cat does.
Continue through this site for an enormous amount of resources that will help you identify your own “C.A.T.” so you can make them go away once and for all.
